Welcome to the OWU Cycling Affiliate Program.

Our affiliate program allows cyclists, creators, clubs, and ambassadors to earn commissions by recommending OWU Cycling products to their community.

1. How the Affiliate Program Works

Approved affiliates receive a unique affiliate link or discount code. When a customer purchases OWU Cycling products through this link or uses the affiliate code, the affiliate may earn a commission on the qualifying sale.

Commission rates, payment schedules, and specific program conditions are communicated individually to approved affiliates.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote OWU Cycling products honestly and authentically.

  • Only make claims about products that are accurate and can be supported.

  • Represent OWU Cycling in a positive and respectful manner.

  • Follow all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

  • Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting OWU Cycling products.

Affiliate promotions on social media should be clearly marked as advertising where required (for example, using appropriate labels such as "Werbung" or "Anzeige" for German audiences).

3. Brand Representation

Affiliates may use approved OWU Cycling logos, images, and marketing materials provided by OWU Cycling.

Affiliates may not:

  • Modify the OWU Cycling brand identity without permission.

  • Create misleading advertisements.

  • Claim to represent OWU Cycling officially unless they are part of an official partnership.

  • Use OWU Cycling content in a way that damages the reputation of the brand.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not allowed:

  • Spam emails, fake reviews, or misleading promotions.

  • Paid advertisements using OWU Cycling trademarks without approval.

  • Coupon websites or discount platforms without prior permission.

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

5. Product Reviews and Content

We encourage honest reviews and authentic cycling content.

Affiliates are free to share their personal experience with OWU Cycling products. Reviews should remain truthful and should not guarantee results that cannot be proven.

6. Payments

Affiliate commissions are paid according to the agreed payment schedule after qualifying sales have been confirmed.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or identified as fraudulent may not qualify for commission payments.

7. Termination

OWU Cycling reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program if they:

  • Violate this policy.

  • Misrepresent the brand.

  • Use unethical marketing practices.

  • Damage the reputation of OWU Cycling.

8. Changes to This Policy

OWU Cycling may update this affiliate policy from time to time. Affiliates will be informed of significant changes.
