Crashes happen—even to the best riders. If your OWU Cycling apparel is damaged in a fall, we’re here to support you.

With our Crash Replacement Program, you can receive a 50% discount on a replacement item so you can get back on the bike quickly.

What You’ll Receive

• A 50% discount code based on the value of the damaged item

• The discount code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

• The code can be used exclusively on www.owu-cycling.com

Conditions

To ensure fair use of this program, the following conditions apply:

• The program applies only to damage caused by a crash or fall while riding

• Normal wear and tear, improper use, or washing damage are not covered

• Claims should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the incident

• We reserve the right to decline claims submitted after an unreasonable delay

• The program applies only to products purchased directly from www.owu-cycling.com

• Proof of purchase is required

• You must contact us using the same email address used for your order, or provide a valid receipt

How to Submit a Claim

To request a crash replacement:

• Include:

  • Your order confirmation or proof of purchase

  • Photos clearly showing the damaged item

  • A short description of the incident

• If approved, you will receive your 50% discount code via email

• The code can be used on your next order
