1. General Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Items must include all original tags attached
Items must be returned in the original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. Returns Within Europe – Free Returns (30 Days)
We offer free returns within 30 days for orders delivered to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway
How to return an item (Europe):
Contact us at owucycling@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
We will provide you with a free prepaid return shipping label
Return the item using the provided label
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
3. Returns Outside Europe – Customer Pays (60 Days)
For all countries outside Europe, returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider
Refunds include the product price and, where applicable, standard shipping costs.
5. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the standard offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in our voluntary return policy.
Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a voluntary extended return period:

6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items that are worn, used, or damaged
Items missing original tags or packaging
Items not returned in resellable condition

All returns are processed within a reasonable time after receipt. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
