Where We Ship From

All orders are processed and shipped from Germany.

1. Delivery Conditions

After successful conclusion of the contract, it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.

  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout

2. Shipping Within Europe

We ship to all European countries, including:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway

Shipping Methods

  • Orders within Germany are shipped via DHL

  • Orders within Europe are shipped via DHL 

3. International Shipping (Outside Europe)

At this moment we are unable to ship outside of Europe, we apologize for the inconvenience - stay put for when we expand!

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination:

Germany

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Free shipping from €150.00

Switzerland

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping cost: 14.90 CHF

  • Free shipping from 150 CHF

European Union (EU)

  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days

  • Shipping cost: €9.90

  • Free shipping from €150.00

Rest of Europe (non-EU)

  • Delivery time: 5–12 business days

  • Shipping cost: €14.90

United Kingdom

  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days

  • Shipping cost: £14.90

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them

6. Delivery Options

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout

  • We only dispatch goods via shipping carriers

  • Customer pickup is not available

7. Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

8. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us.

Statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
